We noticed a gap in the industry — and salon suites were the answer. A way for beauty professionals to earn more, take control, and run their own space on their own terms.
Why We Built This
We noticed a gap in the industry. Senior stylists and beauty professionals who were at the top of their craft had no real way to earn more money. Traditional salon pay structures have a ceiling — and once you hit it, that's it.
The only options were a home salon — which isn't right for everyone — or spending enormous money on a full storefront buildout, with all the overhead, maintenance, and cost of running a commercial space. For most people, that just wasn't realistic.
Salon suites were the perfect solution. In July 2020, we opened our first location in Kingston, Ontario to give beauty professionals exactly that — a way to earn more, with the freedom and control to run their own space, without the financial risk of going it alone.
